The Light Brigade 1854

These two magnificent equestrian portraits in silhouette represent regiments that were engaged in the famous charge of the Light Brigade at the Battle of Balaclava on 25th October 1864. These prints have been drawn by John Mollo who was responsible for our prints of our Uniforms of the Royal Navy and Knights of the Middle Ages.. They are printed in eight colours on heavy cartridge paper with a fully lined border.

These Prints measure approximately 43 cm w x 56 cm h (17 ins w x 22 ins h).  These are photographs of the prints so colour, shading and text detail and alignment may show slight distortion from the prints themselves and printed text may sometimes appear distorted.. These are © Hugh Evelyn Crown Prints published in 1969 by © Hugh Evelyn Limited, London; Drawn by John Mollo.
